  • Support Conexus leadership on staff needs and succession planning, including hiring of new employees and staff retention

  • Ensure staff alignment with strategic plan and operational goals

  • Oversee the creation of new funding proposals and required reporting of all secured funding

  • Build a strong collaborative culture based on communication, openness and opportunity

  • Lead strategic planning for Conexus

  • Align new strategic plan to funding requests, including the Lilly Endowment

  • Engage philanthropic institutions to fund strategic objectives needed to amplify advanced manufacturing and logistics

  • Develop a strategic vision to inspire youth and adults to a meaningful pathway in advanced manufacturing and logistics

  • Foster strong statewide partnerships between academic, industry, public-sector, and philanthropic leaders

  • Provide thought leadership to academic and industry partners on workforce development
